We are now seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join this leading refinery's engineering department.

The successful candidate will already have some years of Refinery or similar industry-based experience with the maintenance of both static and rotating equipment in a continuous processing environment. In this role you will be responsible for managing a variety of mechanical maintenance activities, including contract technicians. Your daily responsibilities will include liaison and coordination within your own team and with the Operations teams to achieve plant performance, works efficiency and budgetary targets for routine maintenance, long-term renovation works, or unit shutdowns, as required.

You will be a self-starter and possess the skills required to perform safely and to continuously improve within a high profile context.

With either extensive hands-on experience or the qualifications necessary for Chartered Engineer status, you can expect the support required to develop your career.
